What Our Clients Say

Rich rebuilt our kitchen from the studs out. The cabinetry is flawless, every drawer glides, and the finish still looks new three years later. He showed up when he said he would and finished a week early. We've already booked him for the guest bath.

We hired Rich for a master bath remodel and got more than we expected. He reworked the layout so the vanity actually gets natural light, and the tile work is the tightest I've seen in a Florida home. Honest pricing, no change-order surprises.

Whole-home renovation in an older St. Augustine house. Rich understood the quirks of historic construction and didn't try to talk us into tearing out things worth saving. The new kitchen and baths blend with the original character perfectly.

The kitchen was the priority but Rich noticed the load-bearing issue with the wall we wanted to open and redesigned around it without upcharging us. That kind of honesty is rare. The cabinetry he built by hand is genuinely furniture-grade.

Our guest bathroom went from dated to spa-like. Rich sourced a vanity stone we'd never have found ourselves and the tile layout in the shower is perfectly centered, no awkward slivers. He kept the schedule honest and cleaned up every day.

Second time working with Rich. First was the kitchen, now a room addition off the back. Same calm process, same fixed quote, same clean jobsite. Having one person who designs and builds means you never get the runaround between trades.

Rich handled our whole-home renovation after a water damage event. He coordinated with the insurance scope, rebuilt the kitchen and two baths, and matched the new flooring to the original floors seamlessly. Made a stressful year bearable.

Custom cabinetry for a butler's pantry and laundry room. Rich built both to fit awkward existing openings that other contractors wanted to reframe. The paint grade finish is smooth as glass and the organizational inserts actually match how we use the space.
